Mobile Fingerprinting for Businesses: Setup, Pricing & Logistics
How mobile, on-site fingerprinting works for companies in Miami — setup process, volume pricing tiers, equipment requirements, scheduling logistics, and what to expect on session day.
Why Businesses Are Switching to On-Site Fingerprinting
Sending employees to fingerprinting stores one by one creates real costs: billable hours lost to driving and waiting, scheduling friction, employees arriving without the right ORI or ID, and no centralized visibility into who's been screened. Mobile fingerprinting solves all of this — one technician, one session, one invoice — at your location.
What We Need From You to Set Up
- 01A list of employees/applicants, their positions, and their correct ORI codes (we verify them against our directory)
- 02A date/time window — sessions typically run 2–4 hours depending on group size
- 03A space: a conference room, HR office, or lobby with a table, two chairs, and a power outlet within 6 feet
- 04Employee awareness: each person should bring a valid photo ID. We handle the rest.
Pricing Tiers for Mobile Sessions
- 1–9 people: $150 call-out + $129/person (standard Live Scan rate)
- 10–24 people: $150 call-out + $99/person (volume discount)
- 25–49 people: $150 call-out + $99/person
- 50+ people: $150 call-out + $89/person (enterprise plan)
- Recurring monthly/quarterly: Custom pricing with net-30 invoicing — contact our employer team
- Same-day add-ons: Extra applicants added during the session at the volume tier rate
What Happens on Session Day
- 01Technician arrives 15 minutes early to set up the portable Live Scan station, test connectivity, and confirm the space works.
- 02Each employee is fingerprinted in 5–10 minutes — we call them one at a time to minimize downtime. Employees can continue working until their turn.
- 03The system quality-checks each print in real time and the technician verifies the ORI against your list before submitting.
- 04All prints are encrypted and transmitted to FDLE/FBI the same day. No batch uploads that wait — we submit in real time.
- 05You receive a session summary with TCNs for every applicant, and access to a client portal for ongoing tracking.
- 06Single invoice for the entire session — no per-applicant billing, no chasing individual payments.
Equipment & Technical Requirements
Our portable Live Scan station is a self-contained unit about the size of a briefcase. It needs: a standard 110V power outlet within 6 feet, a stable table or desk surface (minimum 24x24 inches), and Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity (we bring a hotspot as backup). No special software, IT involvement, or facility modifications required.
Industries We Serve Most Often

Employee Self-Scheduling Alternative
If on-site isn't practical, we also offer employee self-scheduling with custom agency codes. Same convenience, no travel for them — open 7 days until 9PM.
