What's the difference between Live Scan and ink fingerprint cards?

Live Scan captures your fingerprints digitally and transmits them electronically to FDLE and/or the FBI — fast, low-rejection, and required by most Florida agencies. Ink (FD-258) cards are physical cards needed for out-of-state submissions, concealed-weapons permits, and agencies that only accept hard cards. We do both.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

A valid government-issued photo ID, and — for Live Scan — the ORI number from your requesting agency (don't worry, our agency finder will tell you which one you need). For apostille, bring or upload the document you need authenticated.
