Terms of Service

Provn ("we," "us," or "our") provides fingerprinting, background check, and document authentication services, including but not limited to:

• Live Scan fingerprinting for Florida licensing agencies
• FBI Identity History Summary checks (FBI-approved channeler)
• Ink fingerprint card (FD-258) capture and printing
• Apostille and document authentication services
• Mobile fingerprinting services

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of your booking is the price you will pay. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payment methods.

All sales are final except as provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Our complete cancellation and refund policy is available on our dedicated Refunds page. In summary:

• Free cancellation with full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• No-shows and late cancellations (within 24 hours) are not eligible for a refund.
• FBI rejections for print quality are eligible for a free resubmission.
• Apostille service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.

Provn acts as a fingerprint capture and submission service. We do not make eligibility determinations, interpret background check results, or guarantee the outcome of any agency review. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by FDLE, FBI, or requesting agency processing times
• Agency decisions based on background check results
• Rejection of fingerprints due to factors beyond our control (e.g., poor ridge detail, agency-specific quality thresholds)
• Loss or damage not resulting from our negligence or willful misconduct
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
