How it works
- 01Bring your document & ID
Bring the document and a valid, unexpired government photo ID. Don't sign beforehand — many acts require you to sign in front of the notary.
- 02We verify & notarize
We confirm your identity, administer any required oath or affirmation, and complete the notarial certificate with our seal and signature.
- 03Add an apostille (optional)
Going abroad? We can apostille the notarized document through the Florida Secretary of State — or federally through the U.S. Department of State — in the same visit.
Common questions
How much does notary service cost?
Florida law caps notarial fees at the statutory maximum per signature (per notarial act). Mobile / traveling notary is available across Miami-Dade and Broward for an additional travel fee.
What do I need to bring?
The document (unsigned, unless it's an acknowledgment of a signature you've already made) and a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
Can you notarize and apostille together?
Yes. Many documents used abroad must be notarized first, then apostilled. We handle both — state (Florida Secretary of State) and federal (U.S. Department of State) — in one visit.
